A new study finds that exercising can add years to your life!

Recommendations for Healthy Brain Aging

  1. Stay mentally and physically active-read, do crossword puzzles, play bridge and games, walk, exercise, go to the gym
  2. Stay involved with people and projects- socialize, pursue hobbies and volunteer work, learn new things, play music, participate in church activities
  3. Controlling risk factors for heart disease such as weight loss, high blood presssure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and smoking may also decrease the risk of memory loss
  4. Control weight and eat a balanced diet with Vitamins E and C
