Alzheimer's disease

The Memory Disorders Program located on the campus of Butler Hospital is conducting a clinical research study to determine the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of a new medication for treating Alzheimer’s disease.

Men and women at least 50 years old who are in generally good health and have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease may be eligible to participate.

Involvement in the study lasts 11 weeks which includes 7 visits to the Memory Disorders Program.

A person who knows you well and is available to provide information about your day-to-day functioning is also required to accompany you to study visits.
